Information, telephone support and referral for people living in New South Wales on issues relating to mental health.

Callers can speak to someone who understands.

All calls are treated confidentially. Callers can remain anonymous and no personal details are retained.

The Mental Health Information Service is available between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday for the cost of local call.
