The beyondblue Support Service provides information on depression, anxiety and related disorders, available treatments and referrals to relevant services.

    You can call the beyondblue Support Service for the cost of a local call. Callers can access immediate counselling support that is provided by a team of trained mental health professionals. The beyondblue Support Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • EMAIL
    You can send an email to the beyondblue Support Service by completing your details and writing your message in the following form https://online.beyondblue.org.au/WebModules/Email/InitialInformation.aspx. Trained mental health professionals will respond within 24 hours.
  • CHAT ONLINE
    A live chat service is available from 3:00pm to 12:00am (AEST), 7 days a week. http://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/get-immediate-support.
