If you’re a dad experiencing mental illness, getting support is important

It’s important for you and your mental health, and it’s also important for your child. Accepting help is a positive life skill that you can role model to them.

The following information is for dads who suspect they may have mental health problems, those who have been diagnosed with a mental illness, or who have a partner with a mental illness.
