Wellbeing Resilience Action Planning (WRAP): Support person's guide

This Wellbeing, Resilience Action Plan, or WRAP is a simple workbook designed to help individuals to plan ahead for more difficult times, so that when they occur they have a sense of direction and control; a plan to maintain optimum levels of wellbeing. This tool can be worked through by an individual or in conjunction with a support person. 

'The most effective way to use WRAP is to express your own personal choices and use it as a tool so you can develop a life style of your “own choosing”. It is over to you whether you keep your plan as a personal document or whether you share it with the people who may support you when things are difficult.'
