People call Lifeline’s 24 hour crisis line 13 11 14 or can take part in online 'chat' about:

  • Loneliness
  • abuse and trauma
  • stresses from work, family or society
  • self-help information for friends and family.

Their website also offers helpful content, real stories, self-help tools and a range of practical resources. These include a 'service finder' to locate other help services across Australia.
