The Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC) provides a range of specialised care, support and guidance to help parents manage the various challenges that arise during early parenthood, from before birth until 48 months. Priority is given to families that face physical, psychological, intellectual or environmental challenges that compromise their ability to provide an environment that nurtures and supports the health and wellbeing of their infants.
The QEC provides residential, day, group, home visiting and telephone advice services at the QEC's Noble Park site or through the regional outreach bases at Morwell, Coburg, Wangaratta and Wodonga.
The QEC has formally evaluated it's Day Stay, Residential, Parenting Plus and Playsteps Programs. The results can be accessed via the QEC website.
